This website collects nothing about you automatically. Personal data appears only when you write or call us yourself.

What this website does not do
It uses no cookies. Neither its own nor anyone else's.
It has no analytics, visit counters or advertising pixels.
It loads no fonts, scripts or images from external servers, so your IP address reaches no third party simply by opening the page.
It has no contact form. Contact happens by email or telephone, a channel you know and control.

Who receives the data
Our hosting provider (SeoHost, Poland), our business email provider, Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), which receives messages sent to our address, and OVH (the CRM system that receives enquiries, OVH server in the United Kingdom), as processors, under data processing agreements. Enquiries sent by email are recorded in the OneCare CRM as sales enquiries. Nobody else, unless an obligation follows from the law. We do not profile or take automated decisions.
Transfers outside the EEA
Because we use Google Workspace, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. The company participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is based on Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 on the adequate level of protection (Article 45 GDPR) and, in addition, on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). A copy of the standard contractual clauses is available on request to the address above. Our CRM system runs on an OVH server in the United Kingdom; transfers to the United Kingdom are based on Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1772 of 28 June 2021 on the adequate protection of personal data by the United Kingdom (Article 45 GDPR), as amended by Commission Implementing Decisions (EU) 2025/1226 and 2025/2574.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. A request sent to the address above is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland.
Our clients' data
The above concerns this website only. If we provide database maintenance for you, the processing of data in your systems is governed by a separate data processing agreement, signed before the first access to the environment. In that relationship you remain the controller and we act as the processor.
